You drop a pin on your restaurant's location and set a radius (typically 50–150 meters). When an employee tries to clock in, ShiftHeat checks their GPS position. If they're outside the boundary, the clock-in button stays locked. Employees who are inside see a green confirmation and can clock in immediately. Auto clock-out triggers if they leave the area mid-shift.
